How we handle your information.

When you join ARVÈS Insiders or reserve an ARVÈS watch, we collect information needed to operate your account, communicate with you and fulfill your reservation or order.

What we collect

We collect your name, email address, account credentials in hashed form, and the profile information you provide. If you reserve, we also store your Founder number, reservation amount, payment status, Stripe transaction identifiers and product fulfillment updates. ARVÈS does not receive or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use this information to secure your account, verify your identity, provide private Insider access, process and track reservations, deliver account and product updates, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe through its hosted checkout. Stripe handles payment-card information under its own privacy practices.

Your choices

You can update profile information and marketing preferences from your account. You may also ask ARVÈS to correct or delete eligible information by contacting the support address shown in your account emails. Transaction records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Security and retention

ARVÈS uses access controls, encrypted web connections, one-way password hashing and restricted administrative access. No online service can promise absolute security. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the uses described above or as required by law.

Effective September 17, 2026. This notice should be reviewed by qualified counsel before paid reservations open.
