Founders 100

Reservation terms.

These terms apply to the $250 Founders 100 reservation for priority access to purchase an ARVÈS Vander GMT.

Reservation credit

The full $250 reservation payment will be credited toward the final purchase price if you convert your reservation into an order.

Refundability

You may request a full refund before converting your reservation into a final watch order. Once converted, the purchase terms presented with the final order will apply. A refund cancels Founder status and releases the associated production allocation.

What the reservation secures

A confirmed reservation secures priority access within the first 100 production allocations and an associated Founder number. It is not a completed watch purchase, an investment or an ownership interest in ARVÈS Watch Co. Founder numbers and reservations may not be transferred without written approval from ARVÈS.

Price and timing

The anticipated Vander GMT price is approximately $2,500. The final specifications, price and production schedule may change as development continues. ARVÈS will provide material updates through the customer dashboard and will present final purchase terms before requesting the balance.

Delays or cancellation

If ARVÈS materially delays, changes or cancels the release, reservation holders may keep their place where applicable or request a refund. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
